The following terms and conditions apply to all use of and orders placed on dblk-no. DBLK reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions at any time. Customers are responsible for keeping themselves updated with any changes. By using the webstore and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. Products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation by email.
Shortly after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail including your order number, details of the order and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgment that we have received your order. If you fail to receive an order confirmation 24h after placing an order, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the items purchased are in stock, we will fulfill your order. Once the order has been fulfilled, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your e-mail with all the shipment details. If the item(s) for some reason is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail.
Prices on dblk.no are shown in Norske Kroner (NOK), Euro (EUR) and US Dollar (USD). Prices are as advertised from time to time. DBLK holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel DBLk to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way.
If the package is not picked up by the customer and it incurred costs as a result of this, the customer is liable for the additional costs and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment. This includes shipping costs, taxes, fees for pre-payments, return costs, or any other added charges.
All prices on dblk.no are displayed without shipping charges.
taxes and duties
All orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that local taxes (VAT) and import duties are included in the price. Your order is not subject to any additional charges when receiving the parcel.
All orders shipped from our offices in Oslo, Norway with Bring (domestic) or DHL Express (international).
All general delivery times stated on dblk.no must be considered as indicative. You can expect to receive your package within two (2) to five (5) business days. When delivery time is stated in number of days, working days are meant, and the charterer's time is always added. DBLK AS reserves the right to change the stated general delivery time without further notice. We are not responsible for non-delivery if the delivery is prevented by circumstances, or the consequences of circumstances, beyond our control and which we can not reasonably be expected to have taken into account or to have been able to avoid at the time of entering into the agreement.
When selecting the shipping option "package in the mailbox", the package is sent as letter mail with limited possibility for tracking. In order for the package to be delivered, the full name and address must be clearly marked on your mailbox, and match the information you have provided in your order. The mailbox must be clearly visible at the stated address, and it must be possible for Posten / Bring to register that the recipient lives at the given address. If this cannot be met for various reasons, we recommend that you select the shipping option "Package to pick-up location". We do not take responsibility for packages that disappear or are stolen after the package has been confirmed delivered in your mailbox by Posten / Bring.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Vipps. All transactions are securely processed. DBLK does not store any credit card information.
DBLK strives with all images to reproduce the color and appearance of the items on the website as close as it is technically possible. However, we can not guarantee 100% image accuracy due to various computer monitor calibrations, screen quality and settings at the user end.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from receiving the order. The right applies only if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received (undamaged box and pouch, and hangtags still attached).
Before returning the product, you are required by law to contact us within 14 days of receiving the order, and return it within 14 days of contacting us. Goods should be protected in a box or plastic bag. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

angrerett (Norway only)
Angrerettloven gir deg rett til å angre ditt kjøp. Angrefristen er 14 dager fra dagen du, eller din stedfortreder (som ikke er transportøren), mottok bestillingen. Så lenge varen(e) er ubrukt, er med merkelapp og i sin originale emballasje kan varen returneres. Merk deg at vi ser gjennom alle returer før de blir godkjent.
Angreretten forutsetter at du senest innen 14 dager gir DBLK AS melding om ønsket kansellering (angrefrist) via e-post til firstname.lastname@example.org. Du er forpliktet til å returnere eller levere tilbake varen(e) til oss så snart som mulig, og senest innen 14 dager fra dagen du varslet oss om kansellering. Forpliktelsen ovenfor vil anses som oppfylt dersom du returnerer varene før utløpet av 14-dagersperioden.
Ved bruk av angreretten står du selv ansvarlig for å dekke returkostnadene. Den opprinnelige fraktkostnaden på din ordre legges automatisk til refusjonen for din retur. Vi har også rett til å trekke fra en sum tilsvarende varens verdiminskning ved tilbakebetaling, dersom kunden i større eller mindre grad har håndtert varen på en måte som påvirker varens originale tilstand. Dersom du benytter deg av angreretten, er vi forpliktet til å tilbakeføre beløpet uten unødig opphold og senest innen 14 dager fra dagen vi mottar din kansellering. Vi kan derimot avvente gjennomføring av refusjon til vi har mottatt pakken i retur. Eventuell refusjon overføres med den samme betalingsmåten du benyttet for den opprinnelige transaksjonen.

Ved godkjent retur, fyller du ut angrerettskjemaet som du finner nederst i din ordrebekreftelse du har fått tilsendt på e-post. Last ned, skriv ut og fyll ut skjemaet som henvist. Dersom du ønsker å bytte varen(e) i en ny vare, må dette gjøres rede for her. Du er lovpålagt å informere oss før du returnerer produktet.
There is a 1 year warranty on products sold on dblk.no. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use. If an item is damaged during transport, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible for information about compensation. Please place the item in the original packaging to avoid any added damages. Always refer to your order number in your communication with us, along with photos of the claim area and a description of the claim. If the product is considered defect, we will make a full refund including shipping costs when the return of the claim is received.
All your personal information is handled under strict confidence. DBLK will never give any of your personal information to 3rd parties. All information is encrypted for safety. Personal data collected from customers online consists of name, address (both shipping and billing addresses), email address and telephone number. DBLK may also store information regarding your purchases, information regarding product and size, and purchase price and date.
DBLK use “Cookies” (Read more under “Cookies” below) and track IP addresses so we can improve our services and enhance your experience. DBLK does not sell or rent out personal customer data. You are entitled at any time to request access to and correction of all personal data you have provided to us, or to request removal of your name and other personal data from DBLK customer database.
